TrophyRC

What is it?

TrophyRC is a prototype off-road scale model (1:10) simulator.  The purpose of this demo is to get feedback on how good and fun it is to play this style of game.  

Idea:

I was visiting a friend where I saw the R/C scale SUV, it made a big impression on me, and instead of drinking beer with dudes, I drove the car around the house all night :) 

Later I thought that it would be great to make the same game but for PC. I was inspired by MudRunner and BeamNG.

Keep in mind:

• It's only a prototype, not a full game. 
• The game is made on UE5
• The demo is not optimized, but at minimum settings runs well on GTX1060. 
• The game has a menu of settings with changing graphics quality, so try it out.
• There's only one test map -  "country house." 
• One car model is also available. 
• In the prototype the interaction of the car with sand, water and grass is realized. 
• In the future, I want to make a more in-depth realization of the physics of the car with the surrounding world.  

Development:

I am a 3d artist, but I have little experience with UE5 and especially in programming, but I still decided to make a prototype of the game to experience all the complexities of development and raise my level. Also my friends helped me, some models I took from megascan and sketchfab .  I've been working on the prototype for about six months. 

What's next? 

At the moment, I am looking for funds or an investor to continue the development of the game. In case of success it will be a great R/C car simulator, first of all with multiplayer support, so that you can play with friends, with a lot of interesting tracks, a lot of cars, as well as other large-scale equipment, tuning and customization of cars.

Rules:

There are two modes:

1)  If you drive through the "Start" gate, you will have 8 minutes to drive the whole track on the route. Just drive through the red gate, there is a +5 seconds penalty for touching the gate. The task is to reach the "Finish" gate.

2)Just explore the map and find difficult routes and sections :)

Controls:

WASD and mouse

"M" - game menu

"R" - reset car

"C" - change camera

"L" - headlight on/off
